Hello All,
I am currently running a Drupal site that I developed for a non-profit that provides rites of passage experiences for young men who are finding there way into adulthood/manhood. We need help with ongoing maintenance and upgrading issues.
The site can be found at http://www.ymuw.org if you would like to see what I have done, or would like to know about the organization.
The site was built on Drupal with the desire to move the site eventually to a full fledged community based site. To that end, I have recently had some requests by the site owners that push me up against my first major hurdle since designing and implementing the site several years ago.
I am aware that now that the site has been running for a while, in order to add modules/functionality, it is best to take a copy of the site and set it up as a test site, add the modules/functionality that is being requested, test and than swap the fully functional Test site for the actual site. While I have read a great deal about this on line at various forums, having not done this process, I am a bit nervous winging it for the first time and so I am looking for someone with experience to work through the process with me for the first time.
I have spoken with the owners of the site and they would like to form a relationship with someone who might be able to handle ongoing technical issues that are over my head and, should the occasion arise, take over the maintenance of the site should I not be able to do so later in the future.
While this is not a highly paid gig, there is money to be made, and I do have a budget for someone to help me make the changes currently on the table.
You can contact me at david@image-odyssey.com , or call me at 510-842-8368.
Many thanks in advance,
David Brix
